Rukutai International is a foreign-owned, China-based company established in 2007 with a unique 20-year license to conduct business in seven different specialized sectors. Originally from New Zealand, Rukutai is also incorporated in the United States. The company's primary specialty since 2003 is providing educational and immigration services for students studying abroad in different countries to and from China.
