EI Institute's accredited Corporate Internship Program combine real-world work experience, language instruction, professional skills training, and cultural exchange opportunities to give students a comprehensive learning experience that prepares them for the international job market.

Working closely with local business leaders and government officials, EI Institute has arranged objective focused internships at both Chinese and multinational corporations.
Participants work in small project teams to accomplish concrete objectives that will bolster the operations of the host company, while at the same time providing participants with marketable experience.
Project coordinators from both the host organization and EI Institute will cooperatively manage the project teams to ensure successful completion of internship objectives.
Our unique, in-depth internship program matches participants up with an organization that best suits their skills and/or interests—giving our graduates a competitive advantage in the international job market for careers in:

Orientation and Professional Training
To ensure a smooth transition EI Institute will provide extensive orientation and professional training that includes:

All EI Institute participants will be enrolled in the following courses and receive the corresponding number of credits from Jackson State University.

Language Classes
Effective communication is essential for success in any business. Understanding this, we provide all of our participants with 10 hours of weekly Chinese language instruction.
With over 50 years of experience in teaching Chinese as a second language, Hohai University tailors intensive classes to provide our participants with the basic understanding of the language to help them quickly adapt and progress in China.
Classes are customized specifically for EI Institute students. Our affiliate partner, Jackson State University, will grant academic credit for the language classes.
Cultural Perspectives
Cultural Perspectives is designed to promote cultural understanding between different communities in China and the United States. Through writing and presentation assignments, students will improve their ability to recognize and discuss cultural differences in a constructive way.

Corporate Introduction
With over 2 billion U.S. dollars in annual revenue, Jiangsu Skyrun International Group (SKYRUN) is a key provincial state-owned enterprise and is ranked as one of the top 500 enterprises in China. SKYRUN has large domestic and international operations and is organized into four main business units that include trade, overseas business, real estate, and investment.

Participants work in small project teams to develop new trade markets in the United States for SKYRUN's consumer product lines.

Participants work directly for the Public Relations Director to create and implement a citywide marketing campaign.
